The following steps will help expedite your first order or shipment:

1. Complete the shipping information above, and return with a copy of your company's EIN number.
2. Submit your order with a credit card, check, or money order. Terms can be established with a completed credit request form, or your own companies credit sheet that contains a valid company EIN number or vendor's license. Allow 4-6 weeks after receipt of information for credit to be established. All first time orders must be paid in advance.
3. Payment Options: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Check or Money Order. Sorry, there are no COD's.
